Exchange or refund

Refund will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached.

The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days only and return within 3 days only from the date of the purchase invoice (when purchasing through the store), or from the date the shipment arrived to you (when purchasing through the website)

In order to qualify for refund the items have to be :

•  1- In full saleable condition 
• 2- Items should be in their original packaging 
• 3- Refund is for returned products only, for other fees such as shipping fees and cash on delivery are not refundable
